1- Introduction
This is a program for women primarily objective to increase women's confidence, motivating each other to accomplish their goals. The program is set up for women to work, focus and to master goals for a precise period of time . This program was initially inspired by one of my favorite authors Robin Sharma, author of “Leader without a title” and “ The Monk who sold his ferrari” among others . Most part of the program have been adapted with my own experience in the field of accountability, execution and project management in agile and 4DX principles.
2- Program details
We all have goals , we all work hard to achieve them , but at some point , life takes over and we forget our goals . My goal is simple to stick to my Goal and help you achieve your goal no matter what . Here are the principles behind Focus To Mastery
- start everyday with the 20:20:20 rules :
- wake up 60 min earlier than normal time and do the following in any other :
- 20 min exercise , any type of exercise
20 min reading or learning something
20 min journaling , a gratitude journal
- work on 5 actions plans every day or every week to help achieve your goals
- work on a habit / behavior that you know can make you the best person that you are .
Do all the above every day for 66 days
Why 66 days , because psychology originally prescribe that 21 days can help change a habit ...But after practicing this for several years , research shows that 66 days are better to change a habit . For our Focus To Mastery program, we really want to focus our habit for a good amount of time so each participant can start staying focus , with consistency and discipline to achieve their goals individually .
Membership is reviewed weeks before program start and only for women that applied and provide reason and expectations to join. About 7-14 members in total per session are accepted into each session of the program to maintain a strong bound and accountability for all members of the program.
3- Actions Plan
Here are the actions plans and guidelines suggested for each participant.
- Arrive at your goal, write it down, be Specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, and tangible -SMART
- Break Your goals into small steps achievable in 66 days
- Do your 20-20-20 rules
- Do your 5 goals daily / weekly
- Practice your behavior/ habit to change
- Be accountable to your group once a week on a chosen day

4- Accountability Report
Being accountable is the most important part of the program. This allows each team member to remain accountable to other members. This provides a daily motivation and a daily reminder to stay focus and work on your goals .
Each team member in the program will learn discipline and consistency by the constant reminder and motivation from others.
Every day we will keep each other accountable, reporting on our simple goal to motivate others . We need visual, real , tangible accountability , so we can get real , tangible results .We suggesting using a live video apps like Facebook Live .
